A Chicago native with a competitive edge and a teamwork-focused mindset, Aimee is a former linebacker for a women’s football team, a candy connoisseur, and a distinguished advancement professional. In August 2024, Aimee began her role as the Managing Senior Director of Development at the Leeds School of Business, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record. Before joining Leeds, she served as the Executive Director of Development at DU’s Daniels College of Business, where she led a dynamic team and personally secured $50 million in funding since beginning her tenure. Earlier in her career, Aimee gained expertise in leadership and operational management as a Business Administrator for two private therapeutic high schools in Illinois and served as the Development Manager at the Illinois Network of Charter Schools, where she crafted and executed fundraising and annual giving strategies.

Aimee has also contributed her expertise while serving on boards and committees for the Center on Halsted, DePaul University, United Way of Metro Chicago, Mile High United Way, and the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).

Aimee earned her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and her master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Denver. She lives in Denver with her wife, Lindsey, and their daughter Mae, enjoying their free time exploring new restaurants, traveling, and seeking new adventures.
