Environmental Design
Samper聽is Assistant Professor at the Program in Environmental Design.聽His work at聽聽concentrates on sustainable urban growth and dwells at the intersection between urban informality ("slums") and urban violent conflict. He obtained his BA in architecture in UNal in Medellin, a Master in City Planning from MIT and a Ph.D. on Urban and Regional Planning, also from聽, where he was a Lecturer for the past two聽years. In 2010, his聽聽with estudio teddy cruz, exhibited at the MoMA.
He is a fellow of the 鈥溾��, and advisor for the 鈥溌爁or the聽. He is a co-founder of聽聽a nonprofit dedicated to choreograph meaningful conversations,聽听补苍诲听聽with marginalized communities.
