Career Services – Peer Career Advisor (undergraduate students)

As a Peer Career Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the Career Services office across campus by conducting presentations on career and professional development such as: resumes and cover letters, networking, interviewing, social media, etc.; and provide one-on-one peer advising reviewing resumes and cover letters during drop-in appointments. This position requires you to be self-motivated, have a high level of autonomy, and be enthusiastic about public speaking and educating students about Career Services. All undergraduate majors can apply.

The Career Services Event Intern team is responsible for providing organizational and operational support in the development and execution of recruiting and networking events. This team will report to the Event Coordinator, and will work as a part of the team to support events that contribute to the success of the students and alumni. The position has a start date of August 22nd, 2016 through to April 28, 2017.Ìý
