This division provides the administrative, management, and professional services required to facilitate and accomplish new construction, renovations, and replacements of聽physical facilities and infrastructure. Design & Construction聽manages and monitors projects from inception to project delivery, including procuring consulting services, coordinating the bidding process, and administering and maintaining contracts, budgets, and schedules. It聽serves as a聽link between the Boulder campus and the Office of State Architect to ensure all state procurement laws and fiscal rules are followed and projects are completed within all state laws and guidelines.
