The University of Colorado Boulder is pleased with today鈥檚 announcement that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security鈥檚 Student & Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) will allow international students to enter the United States on F-1 visas to start their studies at universities with hybrid study programs, including CU Boulder.
Thank you to all who expressed your concerns about the July 6 SEVP guidance for fall 2020, which we are happy to say was rescinded on July 14. Our understanding at this time is that the federal government鈥檚 guidance released in March of 2020 will apply for the fall 2020 semester.
