Professor David Shneer had a busy September as he gave a keynote lecture at the European Day of Jewish Culture on the future of global Jewry. He then presented at the University of Kentucky launching their annual lecture series with a talk titled, 鈥淔rom Saving Soviet Jews to Being Saved By Them,鈥� and then spoke on a panel after the film听The Yellow Ticket. Through the fall, he听will be presenting 鈥淎rt is My Weapon鈥� at the University of Toronto and in December, participating in a seminar on Jewish literary culture in post World War II Soviet Union.听
