Emma Peters
Research Summary
Emma was the first high school student to join the Electrobuffs. She mainly worked with Hussain during 2020-2021 to study the applied potential effects on CO2听electrolysis energetics using Grand-Canonical Density Functional Theory (GC-DFT). She mainly focused her work on Au electrocatalyst and was able to win the 1st place in the Corden Pharma Science Fair in her category (i.e., chemistry)! Emma is now an undergraduate student at Colorado School of Mines.听
