Vice President Biden Visit Will Impact Traffic

On Friday, April 8, Vice President Joe Biden will be speaking at the University of Colorado Boulder to deliver a speech as part of the national “It's On Us Week of Action.”

There will be rolling road closures on the north side of campus and parts of Boulder at unspecified times on Friday afternoon. This could impact vehicular and bus traffic. There are currently no plans to reroute any bus services that travel through campus.

Additionally, people who are coming to campus to hear the speech can expect to find limited parking. In addition to the visit by the Vice President, the university is hosting the annual Conference of World Affairs.We recommend that attendees arrive early and/or walk or ride one of the many RTD routes that come to campus.To find the best routes to campus by foot, bike, or bus, go .
