This project is a blending of two things: musical performance and video production. I will be acting as producer and performer which presents interesting challenges. In my experience as a performer and recording artist I have been exposed to both the live show and the work that goes into recording a body of music. The performance element of this project will require composition of music and well-practiced execution of this music in a live setting. The technical recording element of this production will require using the right microphones to record various instruments and placing these microphones in proper positions to properly capture the instruments. The point of this project is to make live performance accessible during the pandemic.
