CU Psychology and Neuroscience graduate student Lindsay Labrecque (Clinical) and her mentor Professor Mark Whisman (Clinical) were in the news, with an article about their research appearing in聽Colorado Arts & Sciences Magazine. This research, published in聽the Journal of Family Psychology,聽analyzed聽data from the (GSS) regarding attitudes towards and prevalence of extramarital sex from 2000 to 2016, and聽found that extramarital sex partners are likely to be close friends and that聽men are more likely to have had extramarital sex partners.
