Who Received This Email?
We sent this email at 7Ìýp.m. on Monday, Sept. 14, 2020, to students who were incorrectly enrolled from the waitlist after Sept. 2 and hadn't already dropped the class.

Dear [first],

According to our records, a processing error resulted in your being automatically enrolled into a class from the waitlist after the Sept. 2 deadline.

For details about which class(es) you were enrolled in, please refer to the automated email you received at the time.

Your Next Steps

We apologize for any inconvenience this processing error may have caused. At this time, you have three options for moving forward:

  • If you want to stay in the class, then no action is needed. You are currently and will remain enrolled in the class.

  • If you want to drop the class, email us by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16, to ask us to drop you from the class without a W grade.

  • If you want to return to the waitlist and be eligible to use course reservation next time the course is offered, email us by 5Ìýp.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16. We'll remove you from the class, return you to your previous waitlist position and, if drop if enrolled processing occurred, re-add you to your backup class.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
