I'm excited to be able to work on a professional research project to prepare myself for a career in interdisciplinary scientific research, and am interested in meeting researchers that don't necessarily teach classes. I'm hoping Studio Lab will be an excellent supplement to my studies, in that I will: gain exposure to and learn things I wouldn't have otherwise; better understand the process and logistics of designing and conducting original research; and boost my resume, alongside letters of recommendation, which may lead to further academic and professional opportunities.
