  • If you can have the correct title of your presentation and contactinfo submitted by START of day Monday,September 16, that would be greatly appreciated.
  • Please plan to arrive no later than 3 p.m. on Friday, September 20. Guests for this open house event will start arriving at 3:15 p.m.
    • You are highly encouraged to bring yourposter in advance. If you are not able to come during this time, please let us know so other arrangements can be made.
    • Location:
  • There is no mandatory template or required specifications for yourposter. As long as yourposterclearly represents the research and impact, the format can be whatever is easiest for you. In terms of sizing and layout, we typically see 36” x 24” in landscape and we will have easels and clips available, and the boards can accommodate up to 40" x 30". Further guidance on "How to prepare and print a poster".
    • We strongly encourage you to include logos from your group, partners, department, and college in yourposterto help with networking. to use in your presentations and posters.
    • If you need electricity or other considerations please let us know as soon as possible. While we can make no guarantees, we will try to accomodate any needs.
    • Please plan to take theposterwith you at the end of the event.
    • You are welcome to re-use posters related to Sandia research interests that were presented at recent meetings and workshops where appropriate. Should you need financial assistance printing them let us know and we can discuss options. If you need assistance with printing, we require that the final poster be sent to Alicia Adelman by START of day Mon., Sept. 16.
