In partnership with the Office of Faculty Affairs and the Office of Data Analytics, the Office of the Registrar recently rolled out expanded instructor profiles in . This effort highlights the high caliber of faculty expertise at CU Boulder in support of campus reputation initiatives, in addition to providing increased transparency to students.
When searching for classes, students can now click on an instructor's name to open an expanded instructor profile panel. This displays information from the instructor's CU Experts page, highlights other courses taught, research overview, and awards and honors, in addition to providing quick links to contact information, website and FCQs.
Additional upgrades to CU Boulder Class Search were also recently included in a beta release of enhanced enrollment features, enabling students to complete their registration through a consistent and more user-friendly interface from start to finish.
This includes adding or dropping a class and changing a class grade mode from within the CU Boulder Class Search platform. While students will still be able to finish enrolling through Campus Solutions (鈥渟tandard鈥� option) if desired, the new registration functionality (鈥渂eta鈥� option) provides a smoother and more intuitive class registration experience with additional features slated to roll out in the months ahead.
