Gina began her CU Boulder career in 2017 with Recreation Services and later joined the SA Communication and Marketing team in 2019. As a social media manager, she assists with content planning, social media management, data analytics and social strategy for many areas of Student Affairs. Her favorite parts of her job include any type of brainstorming, working with people across the division and campus on their social media needs, and promoting resources and services that help students during their time at CU Boulder.
Gina is originally from Kansas and attended the University of Kansas, where she received a B.A. in business and Spanish. She later moved to Athens, Georgia, where she attended the University of Georgia and earned a M.S. in sports management and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Gina enjoys teaching country swing dancing, biking around Boulder, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, reading, thrifting and showing her cat and dog the good life.
