This event is intended tohelp people stay active with resources and activities. You only get one body and brain, so the student-run Association of Holistic Wellnesshopes to help all those interested in health and wellness!All are welcome.

This talk is presented as part of an eight-week nutritional information series this semester, featuring topics such as gardening and grocery navigation, healthy dieting and body awareness,real fast food and more. The remaining workshops are scheduled on Tuesdays, March 20, April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24 and May 1.

The aims to promote four main areas of health and wellness: mental, physical, socialand spiritual, on and off the CU Boulder campus. They hope to connect the health and wellness community on campus withlike-minded people off campus to develop further events andideasandbring together even more people!
