The past couple of weeks have been very turbulent for many of us Buffs, with the recent election, finals and other uncertainties that college students face. It is important for us as members of the CU Boulder community, to remember the Colorado Creed and reflect on how we can live our lives by its values.

This November, the campus announced a collaborative, university-wide initiative to redesign the faculty course questionnaire (FCQ) instrument and process. This fall semester, the university successfully administered the first of two planned pilots at the Boulder, Denver and UCCS campuses.

With classes finishing up, finals this week and break so close you can almost grasp it, it is clear that students, and professors alike all feel the pressure. Although it’s a crazy time, it’s important to push through and finish strong. We are so close!

CU employees are eligible to meet for free with financial professionals from the university's retirement-plan service provider. Sessions are scheduled starting Friday, Dec. 9.

CU Boulder closed its employee housing survey Monday, Nov. 21, receiving a response rate of 49 percent. The survey results are meant to provide a better understanding of employees' needs and guide decisions regarding potential housing assistance programs.

Beginning Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017, all Colorado High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) express lanes change to HOV 3, requiring at least three people in each vehicle.
