Peggy Bunker聽(Engl鈥�94) joined the NBC Bay Area station to anchor its midday newscast, NBC Bay Area News. She also serves as general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor for聽Today in The Bay, the morning newscast. Previously Peggy anchored for聽World News Now听补苍诲听America This Morning聽for ABC News in New York,聽Good Day Colorado聽at Fox鈥檚 KDVR in Denver and聽The Daily Buzz聽in Los Angeles. At KOMO 4 News in Seattle, she received the 2012 national Gracie Award for reporting. She lives in Larkspur, Calif.

Golden, Colo., resident聽Alexia Bennetts聽(EPO-Bio鈥�95) is the owner of Calm Spirit Acupuncture in Arvada, Colo. After graduating Alexia received a diploma in Chinese med-icine and in 1999 opened a clinic in Golden, before taking over her new business in Arvada in 2004. She told聽The Denver Post聽she likes helping people find solutions to their health issues when nothing else has worked. Alexia lives in Golden, Colo.

滨苍听American Teacher: Heroes in the Classroom聽by Katrina Fried,聽Alex Kajitani聽(Soc鈥�95) is one of 50 teachers profiled and celebrated. Alex lives in Carlsbad, Calif., and works in one of San Diego County鈥檚 poorest school districts. He is known for making The Rappin鈥� Mathematician, a fun way to learn math, and was named California Teacher of the Year in 2009.

As a senior at CU-Boulder,聽Jules Bruff聽(Thtr鈥�96) received the Best Actress Scholarship. Since moving to Hollywood she has acted in theater, TV, film and more than 40 national commercials. Her first break came when she landed the pivotal role of Catherine Allen in David Fincher鈥檚 2007 film Zodiac. Jules co-wrote, produced and starred in the indie sleeper hit movie聽Part Time Fabulous. The film received eight awards, two of which were best actress for Jules鈥� portrayal of the lead character. She lives in Los Angeles.

Last fall the anthropology department invited聽Chad Spitler聽(MAnth鈥�96) to share his experiences applying anthropology to corporations. A corporate anthropologist, he has worked with such major global financial services providers as Blackrock and Barclays. Chad lives in Covert, Mich.

Director of global marketing solutions at Facebook Kelly聽Keaveney Graziadei聽(Jour鈥�97) spoke at the CU-Boulder journalism and mass communication Cultural Caffeine series in October. Kelly discussed the culture at Facebook and the impact it has had on innovation and team leadership. She is responsible for North American sales and account management. Previously she worked as the global account director at Yahoo! Kelly lives in San Francisco.

On June 4, 2013,聽Julie Bartsch Riley聽(ApMath, Geol鈥�97) and聽David Riley聽(Aero鈥�97) welcomed a baby boy, Cooper Jackson Riley, who joins his big sister, Avery. The family lives in Arlington, Va.

The U.S. Forest Service promoted聽Scott Tangenberg聽(Geol鈥�97) from San Bernardino National Forest mountaintop district ranger to deputy forest supervisor for the Stanislaus National Forest in northern California. Scott鈥檚 accomplishments include extensive fuels reduction, replanting projects, renovated roads and receiving state off-highway vehicle grants to help maintain roads in the forest. Scott lives in Big Bear City, Calif.

Olympia, Wash., resident聽Stephen Manning聽(Mktg鈥�98) joined the law firm of Bean, Gentry, Wheeler & Peternell as associate attorney. Stephen received his law degree from Seattle University and works in the areas of business, employment, real estate, health care and administrative law.

CU couple聽Andy Hotchkiss聽(Jour鈥�00) and聽Marni Hotchkiss聽(Anth鈥�99) started a collegiate apparel business called The Honour Society. They create officially licensed hats, bags and accessories for more than 30 universities, including CU-Boulder. The Honour Society carries old-school and vintage-inspired styles to bring back the old days of college spirit. The company is based in Maryland where Andy and Marni grew up and live.

Former CU football player聽Ty Gregorak鈥檚 (Comm鈥�01) wife gave birth to a baby girl on Nov. 14. They named her Gabrielle 鈥淕abby鈥� Leigh Gregorak. Ty is defensive coordinator/linebackers coach at University of Montana. The family lives in Missoula, Mont.

On Sept. 28, 2013,聽Jenna Miller Piazza聽(Chem鈥�01) and Vincent Piazza were married. They live in Edwardsville, Ill., with their daughter.

In 2007聽Jordan Gardenhire聽(Bus, Span鈥�03) and his partners opened Baja Brewing Co., the first brewery in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur. Their mission is to bring a craft brewing culture to Mexico that is similar to the one in Colorado. They have three popular brewpubs and distribute their flagship authentic Mexican ale, Cabotella, in the U.S. Southwest. Jordan began brewing beer while attending CU-Boulder.

Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union hired聽Sarah Melton聽(EnvSt, PolSci鈥�03) as in-house counsel and area vice president. Sarah advises the CEO and senior management on legal and regulatory risk and compliance. Previously Sarah worked with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Alaska and Washington, D.C. She has taught business law at the University of Alaska and serves as pro bono attorney for the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and the Anchorage Youth Court.

A Tokyo resident of 10 years, he and teams of professional photographers visited families who lost their photos in the tsunami-ravaged regions and helped them start new albums by making family portraits on instant film. After the tornadoes hit Oklahoma last spring, Brian started Photoklahoma. Brian lives in Tokyo with his wife and family.

Last summer聽Kevin Reilly聽(MBA鈥�04) launched a destination weight-loss organization in Denver called KoruCenter, which focuses on the holistic approach to an individual鈥檚 weight-loss journey. At Lockheed Martin,聽Davin Anderson聽(MechEngr, MS鈥�04) works as electrical test conductor for MAVEN, the $671-million mission to Mars that launched last November. He does planning, implementing, testing and documenting of the MAVEN subsystems and systems. He also solves hardware and software interface problems, defines input and output parameters and ensures integration of the entire MAVEN spacecraft. He lives in Colorado Springs and serves on the CU-Boulder Engineering Grads of the Last Decade (GOLD) board.
